Responsibilities:

Partner with our compact, dynamic creative team, including directors, animators, and artists, ensuring seamless production workflows aligned with our vision.
Develop and manage production schedules, diligently track project budgets to meet milestones and deadlines.
Coordinate and communicate with external vendors, contractors, and studios, ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials.
Detect potential production challenges, and implement proactive solutions to maintain our commitment to quality.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all departments involved in the production process.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously refine our production processes and workflows.
Contribute to the expansion of our portfolio of original intellectual properties, helping us shape our unique voice in the animation industry.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Producer or similar role in the film or animation industry.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
Familiarity with production management software and tools.
Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have:

Understanding of the animation production pipeline and processes.
Experience working in a studio environment or on international co-productions.
