2D ANIMATED SERIES Borzen

A Better World is a 2D animated series that address environmental topics. Content is fun and engaging, and primarily targets preschoolers and elementary school children.

The main characters Tina, Robbie, and Eddy the dog set off on adventures with their personalized tablet computer Nick. There they learn how to use electricity efficiently, where all our sources of energy come from, which inventors contributed to the discovery of electricity, and even how to spend a day without electrical power.

EP01: Turn off the Lights!

All the lights in the house are on, along with the TV, radio, and computer, and the refrigerator is open... so the power goes out. Nick explains to the children where the electricity we use at home comes from and how we can conserve its use.

EP02: Where Does Our Waste Go?

There is a full trash can in front of the house. It's no better inside. Nick reminds the kids that trash doesn't just disappear when it leaves the house. Instead trash is dumped in ever bigger piles, polluting the environment more and more. Nick explains that the solution is in recycling and in rational shopping habits.

EP03: Take Your Bike

What is a traffic jam? And why is there so much traffic? Nick, Eddy, and the children head downtown, where they see first-hand the consequences of heavy traffic. They learn how to contribute to cleaner air.

EP04: Shut the Windows!

Winter time. Robbie is sitting in his room with the window open and the radiator on full blast. Sadly the furnace breaks down and Robbie gets very cold. Luckily Nick shuts the window and explains to the children how they should heat the house during the winter, opening windows just for fast airing.

EP05: Become an Inventor!

Wind, sun, and water are all renewable sources of energy. Nick explains what that means, then invites the kids to explore for themselves. After all, maybe the two of them will become the scientists that help make a better world.
